To make sure that your Remotto does not work, we advice to do the following checks:
- Remotto properly connects and adapts to the official PlayStation® controller.
- The blue light on the Remotto battery turns on (meaning that it has, at least, some charge).
- The controller's light is set to orange color and it starts charging.
If you are not able to fulfil any of these checks, please contact us to help@remottobattery.com and we will provide a solution.

Remotto is not compatible with Xbox® for now. At the moment, it is only compatible with PlayStation® controllers. We are looking forward to bring you new products soon!
